Maitri Fast Track System Update

The Maitri team is aware of the recent software bugs that have impacted service for patients using Fast Track. We apologize to patients whose expectations we have not met because of these issues.

We strive for a standard of excellence in all we do. It is clear that the third-party software we are currently using for Fast Track is not meeting that standard. Simply put, it’s not good enough for you – the patients, the heart of our program.

We are excited to launch our own proprietary menu and online reservation system in January that will elevate our patients’ browsing and ordering experience.

Between the hours of 7pm on Saturday until 10am on Sunday, the Fast Track reservation system will not be available. Fast Track ordering will remain open 24 hours a day Monday through Friday.
